Ingredients
1/4c.low-sodium soy sauce
3T.honey (preferably local)
3T.sriracha sauce
2t.sesame oil
1garlic clove, minced
1medium lime, juiced
44-oz salmon fillets
4T.sesame seeds
2 scallions, thinly sliced
Instructions
1. Whisksoy sauce, honey, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic, and lime juice in a small,shallow dish. Place the salmon filets in themarinade and toss to coat on all sides. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Preheatthe oven to 400° F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with a piece of parchment paperfor easy clean up.
3. Arrangesalmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with any leftovermarinade. Roast until lightly browned, but still flakey in the middle, 14-16minutes.
4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and fresh scallions. Serve over hot cookedrice, if desired. Enjoy!
