Blueberry Almond Porridge

  • Ingredients
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • A pinches salt
  • 1 cup whole grain old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter


  • Directions
  • Follow the instructions of your oats package. In a pot, bring the almond milk and pinch of salt to a boil. Add the rolled oats, flaxseed, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 8-10 minutes
  • Add the blueberries and almond butter and cook until heated through. Pour in a bowl and top with whatever you like.
